I've used them twice now and they have been outstanding both times. The first time we took our truck to them and this time Neil came to my shop, which was very convenient. Called late Friday evening and they got me in for side window replacement at my place on Monday. Tech was on time, knowledgeable and personable, cleaned up all the broken glass for me and done in about 30 minutes. Bringing one of my cars here for the third different original window to be replaced. First window was a driver side window after a break in, second one was a windshield to replace defective Toyota original windshield that local dealer refused to honor under warranty - replacement so much better than original!
